The Company has established procedures which should be followed by individuals wishing to report complaints or concerns in relation any violation of the Company's Code of Ethics, including but not limited to accounting, internal controls and auditing matters. The same procedures should be followed by individuals wishing to ask questions or seek guidance on any such matters.

Individuals are encouraged to identify themselves when filing a report or concern in order to allow the Company to obtain additional details which may be necessary when investigating the matter raised by the filed report. Anonymous or otherwise all reports will be kept confidential and there should be no fear of retaliation.
